From previously working as a nursery assistant I developed an understanding of the nurseries needs and the importance of children’s wellbeing and safety. I wanted to use my experience within the recruitment sector to help fulfil nurseries staffing requirements and ensure the best quality of candidates are provided at all times. I appreciate the pressure nurseries may be under to provide the best quality childcare at all times, and I am committed to placing people into the right settings
Following my graduation from University in 2013, I wanted to build my experience in the recruitment sector and grow my skill set. Having initially worked for Wizard as a nursery assistant myself, I developed a passion for childcare and wanted to help recruit for the sector to ensure that we provide the best service with the highest quality of candidates. Working in a nursery helped me to understand their needs and know that the right support in the setting to ensure children have the best quality care is extremely important
From starting out as a Nursery Assistant to successfully becoming a Nursery Manager, my main priority was and is to always ensure the individual needs of each child is met. I can now do this using my vast knowledge of the early year’s sector to ensure that each nursery setting receives high quality staff. I can understand the daily staffing pressures that nurseries may be facing. My aim is to always ease these pressures and provide a pleasant experience for each and every setting.
