Wizard Staff Solutions are currently recruiting for a full time Recruitment Consultant.

Salary: £23k – £28k

Office Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire

Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday (40 hours)

Holiday: 25 Days

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the management team with any ad hoc projects
  • Delivery of the temporary staffing arrangement for the site’s client base
  • Working in partnership with your client base to generate permanent placements on a monthly basis
  • Assisting clients to maintain efficient and effective service delivery
  • Oversee and provide support to your team / branch
  • Business Development within the site’s geographical locations
  • Identify new geographical locations to allow for growth within your branch and enable progression
  • Increase the site’s candidate pool by regularly conducting interviews and conduct temporary worker inductions in line with Wizard’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure all temporary workers are compliant at all times with regards to GDPR and The Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)
  • Strive to exceed monthly targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  • Ability to manage people and delegate responsibilities
  • A clear understanding of the importance of integrity and confidentiality and the ability to apply this
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines at all times
  • Have an awareness of current legislation with regards to GDPR, Safer Recruitment and AWR
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in order to liaise clearly and effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise work and to work to tight timelines in a pressured environment
  • Flexible approach to work and an ability to adapt to change
  • Recruitment or Sales experience is essential
  • Childcare experience is not essential within this role

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel within your geographical area and further afield as and when the business requires
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Access to a car daily
