We are seeking an experienced Room Manager Nursery nurse, with a relevant level 3 qualification or above. We require a minimum of 1 year continuous experience working in a Nursery setting.
The role includes Key Worker responsibilities.
All children are to be supported with their individual development so that they have the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will provide a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
You will be required to work to high Safeguarding standards adhering to all Nursery Policies and Procedures.
You will have:
Relevant experience within an Early Years setting
The Room Manager is responsible for the overall management within the room in order to ensure the legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with the nursery’s policies and procedures.
The Room Manager many also be required to step up to a Senior Room Manager role in the absence of a Senior Room Manager within the facility.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding requirement
Great written and verbal communication skills
A strong communicator with children, parents and staff
A positive, clear role model and a willing team player
An NVQ Level 3 or above in Childcare and Education or equivalent or above

The salary for this role is £7.00 – £9.00 per hour + Depending on experience and Qualifications
