Where do I begin! Wizard Staff Solutions has been my work baby since 2005. I set the company up with a dream to make a successful, passionate and dedicated recruitment agency and watching it grow over so many years has felt amazing. Whilst my role has evolved over the years, the culture we have built as a team has allowed me to step back and trust the team to continue growing the business day in and day out. The Wizard team is part of why I still love coming to work every day (once I have dropped my three little monkey’s off at school!) and will continue to be excited about what the future for Wizard Staff Solutions holds.

Having originally set up the Hertfordshire branch for the business in 2008 – I have worked in many roles for the company ranging from a Recruitment Consultant, Business Development Manager and more recently Operations Director. This has given me a huge understanding of the needs and requirements of our clients but more importantly what attributes we seek to find in our Wizard candidates. We work tirelessly to keep our compliance and recruitment standards high and we feel as an independent agency we have built solid relationships with our clients and candidates to truly understand and find exactly what they are looking for. No job role is too small and we are always transparent with our approach.

As Wizard’s Business Support Officer I am involved in many aspects of the business, ranging from branch support, PA support to the director & management team, accounts, candidate engagement and much more. Having obtained a BA Hons degree in Education Studies in 2014, I am now thoroughly enjoying my role at Wizard Staff Solutions. I pride myself on my organisational skills and approachability and love being part of such a fantastic team!
